For UK orders we use Royal Mail for small parcels and Interlink for larger boxes. International orders, depending on size and location, are sent by Royal Mail air mail, TNT courier or DHL courier.
If you place your order online before 4pm we aim to despatch the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be despatched within 1 working day.
Yes, we keep all products on our website in stock. If you place an order and a part is out of stock we will contact you to advise the due date.
We accept payments for online orders by PayPal, if you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay by using a credit or debit card with PayPal with no need to create an account.
Yes. Simply call a member of our sales team who will be able to take an order and payment over the phone.
No, the logins are only for approved trade customers.
Yes. Our opening hours are 8:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. We have a showroom where you can buy any of our products.
No. But if you email us and tell us where you are we can give you details of recommended local businesses who will be able to help.
You may have been given an old part number or a part number from a different manufacturer. Please contact our sales team who will be able to advise on the current or corresponding part number.
Yes we can. Email our sales team with information about your car, the model and year and what you would like to fit and one of our experts will help.
Contact a member of our sales team with your enquiry and we will see if we can help. We are a manufacturer so we can modify and make custom cables, as long as we have the components to do so.
