If you decide that you want to return any unused, or incorrectly ordered items you bought from us you must advise us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please email us on our [email protected] address and include your original order number from the despatch note. You then need to send the goods back at your own cost within a further 14 days. We recommend you use a recorded delivery method.
You will be refunded within 7 days of us receiving the goods your original invoice price less the carriage that was charged to send the goods to you.
If you believe the goods to be faulty please initially check all our on-line instructions and vehicle information sheets then email our technical team to check and see if the fault can be sorted out.
If not please advise us by email to [email protected], including your original order number from the despatch note. Please advise if you wish the goods to be repaired/replaced or refunded.
We will only refund faulty goods within 30 days of you receiving the product. Thereafter we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
It is your responsibility and your cost to return any goods to us. We request that you use a recorded delivery method. If applicable you will be refunded, within 7 days of us receiving the goods, your original invoice price including the carriage that was charged to send the goods to you.
Trade customers will not be refunded but will be issued with a credit note that should be used against future orders.
Full credit if returned within 30 days of end of month of invoice. Surcharge for 31-90 days 25%, 90+ days 50%, 180 days no credit.
