Returns Form

For any return please download the return form and send it back with the goods with a Valid Returns Authorisation Number to the address on the form.

Please follow return instructions:

  1. Please complete all required sections on this form and then email it to [email protected] to obtain approval. PRODUCT MODIFICATIONS - Any returned items which have clearly been modified or adjusted will be returned.
  2. After approval, we will issue you with an RA number (Returns Authorisation Number) - without this RA number we will not be able to accept your Return.
  3. The product and original packaging must be free from damages, stickers or written notices and needs to be in a resaleable condition otherwise it will not be accepted.
  4. Complete your RA number below and make sure to print this form and place it in the box with your return shipment.
  5. Please pack your item/s securely and write your RA number on the outside of the packing box.
  6. Please complete all required sections on this form and then email it to [email protected].

Unwanted goods

If you decide that you want to return any unused, or incorrectly ordered items you bought from us you must advise us within 30 days of receiving your goods. Please email us on our [email protected] address and include your original order number from the despatch note and a Valid Returns Authorisation Number. You then need to send the goods back at your own cost within a further 30 days. We recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar service where you can obtain proof of postage.

Full credit if returned within 30 days of end of month of invoice. Surcharge for 31-90 days 25%, 90+ days 50%, 180 days no credit.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods. Your refund amount will be for the total invoice price less carriage costs incurred by us when sending the original order.

Faulty goods

If you believe the goods to be faulty, please initially check all our on-line instructions and vehicle information sheets then email our technical team [email protected] to check and see if the fault can be sorted out.

If not please advise us by email to [email protected] including your original order number from the despatch note and a Valid Returns Authorisation Number. Please advise if you wish the goods to be repaired/replaced or refunded. Items must be returned in full, with all components, any items not complete will be returned to you.

We will only refund faulty goods within 30 days of you receiving the product. Thereafter we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

It is your responsibility and your cost to return any goods to us. We request that you use a recorded delivery method. If applicable you will be refunded, within 7 days of us receiving the goods, your original invoice price including the carriage that was charged to send the goods to you.

Approved Trade Account Returns

Trade customers will not be refunded but will be issued with a credit note that should be used against future orders.
