Will a slim chassis stereo fit any car?

Can I connect a reverse camera?

Yes, if the stereo has a compatible camera input. The camera normally also requires power, a video connection and a reverse trigger so the screen changes automatically when reverse gear is selected.

Do I still need a stereo fitting kit?

Usually, yes. A slim chassis does not remove the need for a compatible fascia, wiring harness, aerial adapter or steering-wheel control interface. The exact parts depend on the vehicle.
