Clean and degrease the metal panel before fitting any self-adhesive sound-deadening material. Measure and cut the material carefully, remove the backing and press it firmly onto the surface.
Use a sound-deadening roller to improve contact, work the material into panel contours and remove trapped air. Do not cover drainage holes, wiring, fixings or moving mechanisms.
