This Ford Double DIN stereo fitting kit is designed for selected Ford B-Max 2012-2018 and Ford Transit Courier 2014-2019 models when replacing the original factory radio with a compatible aftermarket Double DIN stereo. The kit includes the main fitting parts required to help achieve a clean dashboard finish while retaining key factory functions such as steering wheel audio controls, parking sensor audio where equipped, and the date, time and temperature display.
The included CAN-Bus steering wheel control interface provides CAN ignition and speed pulse outputs for compatible aftermarket stereos and navigation systems.
PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes the built-in combination switch cannot be removed from the vehicles factory fitted fascia surround and must be replaced. An Additional Lock/ Hazard Switch (FORD-F1519127) May be required.
Dashboard Modification
Some minor modifications are required to the dashboard in order to clear space for a Double DIN head unit, please refer to the fascia instuctions for further information.

Fakra to DIN antenna adapter (21-106)
Male Fakra to Male DIN antenna adapter cable.
This cable adapts from a Farka antenna connection at the back of the cars original radio to a standard aftermarket DIN antenna connection to allow the fitting of an aftermarket radio upgrade.
This is a passive adapter cable, not suitable for cars that need a phantom power supply to turn on the antenna amplifier.
Steering wheel control/ parking sensor retention interface (29-CTF08)
CAN-Bus Steering Wheel Control Interface for Ford (2012 Onwards) vehicle models. Retains steering wheel controls, parking sensor audio and allows time/date change from the steering wheel.
Audio Steering wheel interface allowing use of original buttons with a new aftermarket head-unit. Also maintains date, time & temperature display, OEM parking sensor audio with new parking buzzer. Includes CAN ignition and speed pulse for Navigation systems.
Universal patch lead (29-CT-025)
Universal patch lead for 29-CT series steering controls. Suitable for Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony and Chinese head-units that are steering wheel remote ready.
This cable plugs into the Steering wheel control box and into either the 3.5mm socket or single wire on the back of the head-units. Follow instruction to cut loops if needed.
Double DIN fascia kit (50-974/1)
Car radio fascia adaptor panel to allow the fitting of an aftermarket double din car radio upgrade.
The fascia adaptor allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the dashboard by matching the shape, style and colour of the original radio.
This fascia kit uses side fixing brackets, the brackets fit directly to the sides of the new radio and the fascia panel. This replaces the need for a fitting cage and gives a flush professional appearance to the installation.
This fascia is designed to fit select Ford B-Max (2012-2018) and Ford Transit Courier (2014 Onwards) vehicle models.
