Vehicle-specific high-level brake light reversing camera for Ford Transit Custom 2012–2015 models with the original standard bulb brake light.
The camera replaces the original high-level brake light housing for a discreet OEM-style installation and elevated rear view. Available with CVBS/AHD and NTSC/PAL video options, infrared night vision, IP68-rated housing and a 4-pin aviation connection.
Please Note: This version requires the existing OEM standard bulb. For later vehicles with an LED brake light, use CVC-FOR-03.

The existing OEM standard brake light bulb is retained and is not replaced by an LED bulb within this camera housing.
This camera is designed for Ford Transit Custom models from 2012–2015 fitted with the original standard bulb high-level brake light.
Ford Transit Custom models use different high-level brake light configurations. CVC-FOR-02 is designed to retain the existing OEM standard bulb. Vehicles using the later LED brake light require a different camera housing.
For later Ford Transit Custom vehicles fitted with an LED high-level brake light, use CVC-FOR-03 .
Yes, provided the stereo has a compatible reversing camera input and supports the video format used by the camera. An additional adapter may be required when connecting the 4-pin aviation connector to a standard RCA/phono camera input.
On compatible Ford systems, the camera can be connected to the original display using the appropriate vehicle-specific camera interface. The correct interface depends on the SYNC version fitted.

AHD supports a higher-resolution image when used with a compatible AHD display. CVBS is a conventional analogue camera format supported by many aftermarket stereos and reversing camera monitors.
