Yes, provided the stereo has a compatible reversing camera input and supports the video format used by the camera. An additional adapter may be required when connecting the 4-pin aviation connector to a standard RCA/phono camera input.
On compatible Ford systems, the camera may be connected to the original display using the appropriate vehicle-specific camera interface. The correct interface depends on the SYNC version fitted.
