Interface to connect to the CAN ignition of certain cars and trucks from General Motors and provide ignition output as well as interfacing with the steering wheel controls and original amplifier.

This interface also includes subwoofer retention and a reverse signal, speed pulse and parking brake outputs.

Suitable for certain Chevrolet and GMC models built between 2012 - 2014 with original navigation only, see long description for compatibility.

NOT SUITABLE for retaining steering wheel controls on Chinese/unbranded head units with 2 wire SWC interface (KEY1/KEY2)

Does not retain XM tuner or Satellite radio.

2012+ GM trucks and SUVs equipped with factory non-navigation radios require a different part (use 23-217 for these vehicles)
