CANbus steering wheel control interface for various Mercedes cars.
Gives CANbus Ignition outputs and retains steering wheel controls.
The CANbus interface will also give out CAN ignition, speed pulse, reverse gear and hand brake signals.
This CANbus interface will allow you to retain the audio steering wheel controls when installing an after market head unit in various Mercedes vehicles.
This interface will also allow the steering wheel controls to access the display screen menu.

This part is an alternative to 49-MB-02
SLK Note: Use this interface for later models R171 with the steering control buttons in a circular cluster. This change of steering wheel happened around 2008 models.
