The NOCO GBX155 Boost X is a powerful 4250A portable lithium jump starter for 12V lead-acid batteries. Designed for petrol engines up to 10.0 litres and diesel engines up to 8.0 litres, it features UltraSafe 2.0 protection, 60W USB-C Power Delivery, a 500-lumen LED torch and an IP65-rated housing with the ports closed.
The NOCO GBX155 Boost X is a heavy-duty 12V lithium jump starter delivering up to 4250 amps of peak starting power. Designed for large petrol and diesel engines, it combines UltraSafe 2.0 protection, rapid USB-C charging, portable device charging and a powerful 500-lumen LED torch.
The GBX155 is the most powerful model in the NOCO Boost X range. Its 4250A peak output is suitable for jump starting 12V vehicles with petrol engines up to 10.0 litres or diesel engines up to 8.0 litres.

When the internal battery is flat, a compatible 60W USB-C Power Delivery charger can provide enough energy for a jump-start attempt in approximately five minutes. A compatible 60W charger is required to achieve the fastest charging performance.
Confirm that the vehicle uses a 12V lead-acid starting battery and is within the stated engine limits.
Connect the red clamp to positive and the black clamp to negative or a suitable vehicle earth point.
Turn on the GBX155 and check that the Boost indicator confirms the connection is ready.
Attempt to start the vehicle within the 60-second active Boost window, then switch the unit off before disconnecting.
UltraSafe 2.0 combines spark-proof technology with reverse-polarity protection, enhanced thermal efficiency and intelligent power management.
The GBX155 normally detects 12V batteries down to approximately 2V. Manual Override can activate the jump-start output when battery voltage is too low for automatic detection.
The integrated 500-lumen LED torch provides useful lighting for roadside emergencies, workshops and low-light engine-bay work.

NOCO recommends checking and recharging the unit every four to six months, and after use, so it is ready when required.
The housing is rated IP65 when the port covers are closed. It should not be submerged, and the ports must remain protected from water and contamination.
