The Alpine SPC-L500SB is a slim black surface-mount speaker designed for motorhome and campervan living areas. Conventional car audio speakers are often unsuitable for motorhome and campervan living areas. They can require significant mounting depth and are frequently installed into overhead cabinets facing towards the floor, which may reduce storage space and compromise sound staging.
Alpine Adventure Audio In-Cabin speakers use a slim, purpose-built design that can be fitted in a wide range of positions. The SPC-L500SB surface-mount enclosure can be installed on suitable cabinets, corners, walls or ceilings and directed towards the listening area.

The SPC-L500SB uses two supplied mounting brackets that are secured to the installation surface. The speaker then clips onto the brackets to create a neat surface-mounted finish.

The speaker’s frequency response begins at 120Hz, so a subwoofer is recommended for reproducing lower bass frequencies. Alpine recommends the matching SPC-D84L in-cabin subwoofer for a fuller and more dynamic sound.
Installation requires a secure mounting surface with enough space for the 506mm × 44mm × 70mm enclosure. The mounting brackets require pilot holes, and a suitable cable route must be provided behind or beside the speaker.
