Mazda MX-5 (2009-2015) 9-inch Perfect Fit Stereo Fitting Kit (WITHOUT SWC/ NON BOSE)
This Mazda MX-5 9-inch Perfect Fit stereo fitting kit allows selected 9-inch aftermarket stereos to be installed into Mazda MX-5 facelift NC 2009-2015 models with standard audio systems.
The kit is designed for vehicles without steering wheel audio controls and without Bose or Sound by Bose audio systems. It provides the main fitting parts required to replace the original factory radio with a compatible 9-inch Perfect Fit stereo, including a matt black 9-inch fascia adapter and Mazda ISO radio lead.
This fitting kit is compatible with selected 9-inch Perfect Fit stereos including the Pioneer SPH-PF97BT, Alpine INE-AX809 and Kenwood DMX80AXS. These 9-inch Perfect Fit stereos are usually much shallower than conventional 2-DIN stereos, meaning less work is usually required behind the dashboard. This can help reduce installation time and is useful for both professional fitters and retail customers carrying out a stereo upgrade.
The bespoke fascia adapter is designed to align with the Mazda MX-5 dashboard and provide a clean OEM-style finish after the factory stereo has been removed. It adapts the dashboard aperture to accept a universally mounted 4-screw 9-inch head unit, making it suitable for selected large-screen Apple CarPlay and Android Auto stereo upgrades.
The included Mazda ISO radio lead connects the aftermarket stereo to the vehicle’s original radio connector on compatible Mazda models with a one-piece connector behind the radio.

PLEASE NOTE: This kit is not compatible with Mazda MX-5 models fitted with Bose Audio or Sound By Bose systems, as those vehicles require different amplifier integration components.

9 Inch Fascia Adapter
Designed for use with selected Mazda MX-5 2009–2015 models, this matt black fascia adapter allows compatible 9-inch Perfect Fit stereos to be installed neatly into the original dashboard location.
Built as a bespoke fit for vehicles in the application list, the fascia adapts the dashboard aperture after removing the factory stereo to accept a universally mounted 4-screw 9-inch head unit. It is compatible with selected 9-inch Perfect Fit stereos including the Pioneer SPH-PF97BT, Alpine INE-AX809 and Kenwood DMX80AXS, while helping retain the original OEM-style appearance of the dashboard.
